The only reason I have DirecPath is because it is the only choice I have based on where I live. My cable is out more then its on and the wait time for a technician is no less than 3-5 days. The customer service is horrible - they can't can't answer basic questions unless its listed on the piece of paper they are reading from. And I find it interesting that you can't find the names of their management team anywhere. There is never a supervisor available! They charge too much and give little back in the way of service.

The company is incompetent. When we have any inclemen weather we lose the channel 99, teleGuide for several days. How primitive can you be? No person understands the problem and treat you like you are unreasonable. Then you get disconnected. A real 2nd rate company.
