NEVER buy a kirby - Kirby Vacuum Cleaners

I fell for all the shpiel - at my door. bought the kirby and then after seeing how cheap it was on e-bay, and dealing with my husband's wrath, returned the Kirby vacuum cleaner. When they gave me the vacuum cleaner, they took away with them my brand new Dyason vacuum cleaner. to this day, i have still not had my Dyason returned, after at least 9 calls, holding on for sometimes 27 minutes, being promised a return call etc. The latest is that they want proof of my purchase of a Dyason! all i want is my vacuum cleaner returned so I can get on with my life and having nothing more to do with Kirby. Subsequent to my drama with them, everywhere I turn I hear about more people unhappy and complaining about them. how is it they are still in business - shouldn't they be shut-down?

This one I just had to laugh. Imagine, you have a brand new Dyson and you not only purchased another machine full price at your door without doing research but you gave them your existing vacuum?? No wonder your husband was pissed!
