0 If you do a comparison on dyson's and kirby's, the only complaints you get from kirby's is the sales. And even the people who rate everything with a fine tooth comb says kirby's are the only one that can last generation after generation. I don't sell them I do own one. I gave the salesman a hard time. Got a lot of money off and extremely happy with my purchase. I did own a dyson as well and after two years it fell apart. Dyson's also come with a warning. Will ruin carpet! No kidding! You could imagine what our carpet looked like with two dogs and two cats and a small child. After using the kirby our carpets look brand new! But I would have never traded in a brand new dyson. I would have returned it!
0 A Kirby salesman and then some of his buddies came to clean our carpet for a "half hour," which turned into 2 1/2 hours.. i had been on my webcam with a few friends and I didn't turn it off, so I got the salesman's superlong sales pitch and decided to have a little fun making a horror movie trailer out of it.. here's my youtube link.. you might get a kick out of it if you've ever been harassed

0 I was a Kirby dealer, and have to laugh also. How was it that you let them have your brand new Dyson.
I'd be pissed if I was your husband
as well. In your favor was that you actually got a much better product, which obviously must have run circles around the Dyson, as you must have seen, seeing as how you decided to switch. But now as you are wanting to get your Dyson back, your best bet is to go down directly to the sales center, and see if you can pick out your Dyson from amongst all the other trade in's that they got. I wouldn't wait longer than a week, as most of those trade in's are sold for pennies on the dollar, and sent to an auction center.

0 This one I just had to laugh. Imagine, you have a brand new Dyson and you not only purchased another machine full price at your door without doing research but you gave them your existing vacuum?? No wonder your husband was pissed!
