After immediately calling the television support hotline I was told I could send the television back using the new RMA#40009968CU. I was also told that Westinghouse would provide shipping labels to me via email, which I have yet to receive after 13 days (even tho customer service rep's claim they may take up to 5 business days to receive)
After 40+ phone calls and three months of waiting I am still without a working TV or a shipping label to send back the 2nd DOA unit.
STAY AWAY FROM WESTINGHOUSE!!!
