Wal-Mart (Walmart) Complaint

I just returned from doing my grocery shopping in Wal Mart. The cashier never acknoledged me at all. I only had 18 items and after ringing up approximately 5 or 6 her husband and two children pulled up...."Hi Mommy" and she commenced talking with them the rest of the time she checked me out. When she finished she handed me my receipt and kept talking with her family. Not a "thank you come again" or anything. This happens all too often with a couple of checkers in the Richfield Wal Mart store. I do not know the checkers name as her name tag was turned around backwards.

Thanks for the heads up....I didn't realize I could file a complaint at customer service. I will in the future.

You were in the store - why didn't you go straight to customer service to complain. If you did that something could be done about it. Complaining on here means it will just keep happening. Nice job.
