Horrible - don't use them. It took a year to go through the BBB and I lost my claim anyway. My interstate move was a nightmare.

If this saves anyone the aggravation I have been going through and $1500 in lost and damaged items - at least that's something - especially if you're not loaded and couldn't really afford a moving company in the first place.

Save yourselves and use another company!!!!!
