More service - T Mobile Customer service

I've been a customer of T-Mobile for a long time, and so far I've always been a fan of their customer service and assistance. However, my one issue is the actual service options that T-mobile provides. T-Mobile has nice, quality selections of phones ,but I truly think they are falling quickly behind other providers like AT&T and Spring as well as Verizon in terms of phone options provided and services provided. T-Mobile should quicken the pace of producing impressive phones that equal that of their rivals; furthermore, the fact that T-Mobile is slow in providing coverage for 3G networks in more areas is quite disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer for the past few years, I am seriously considering switching to AT&T because they have already established a VASTLY GREATER coverage for 3G in more areas.

T-mobile needs to come out with new phones more often..Im in a contract with them but I am sesrioiusly thinking about switching to verizon if tmobile don't step up. The other carriers always coming out with new phones every week/month and tmobile has the same phones over and over and over.
