What is going on with Monster.com ?

I have not used them in a few years but they used to be easy and fast and have a ton of jobs.

Now i tried them again and the site is a mess. Their are ad pages that ask for information that look like job forms inserted between job search functions in a way that is not clear it is an ad.

The usability is off and the functions dont make sense.

Monster has a great name but if their search and usability keeps getting compromised for ad dollars they will lose users.

It is is clear that their are too many people involved in the sites look and functions and their is no plan or guidelines on how things should work and be uniform in search usability.

I used Monster.com recently and boy do I regret it! Now, my inbox is full of spam from so-called "hot jobs". Most of the postings I received did not come close to fitting my profile. Same for all the phone calls I got. Here I am, an accountant, and my phone is ringing off the wall from insurance companies who want me to be a sales agent. If you use Monster, do not agree to let employers contact you or else you'll end up with a bunch of useless contacts.
