I applied for a home modification in March 2009. I received the package from Chase. I filled it out and sent it back overnight. About two weeks later, I received another letter stating they didn't get my documents and the modification was no longer valid. I called Chase and spoke with someone. The guy I spoke with stated he did see my documents and the case woukd be reopen. Two weeks later, I receieved a letter stating the loan was accelerated to foreclosure and have a sale date of June 22nd, 2009. Called Chase and someone is now saying they don't have my documents. I would like to save my home. Keep getting a run around from Chase. Time is running out! I need help saving my home. Where do I go from here??
