Misselling of Products by dealer

I bought one LCD in the month of Dec,2008. I was shown LCD with 30000 contrast ratio but delivered LCD with 10000. i followed up with the company to every extent possible. but its shame on the part of the company that niehter they are able to take any action against the dealer nor they have given any solution to me. Inspite of their som many assurances they are not offering any solution. I think co should replace my LCD and also take some corrective action against dealer.
