I mistakenly purchased the wrong hair product online and wanted to exchange it for the product I REALLY wanted without incurring shipping charges. The shipping charges were rather steep I thought--$12.26 for 8 oz. The product I wanted was actually more expensive. I just wanted to order the new product and swap out the previous product when the UPS delivery person came. After one week and 4 long distance phone calls, I was told the company would not make this small accommodation. So, even if I sent back the product I didn't want--and got NOTHING--it would still cost me $12.26!
DO NOT do business with Miss Jessie's . They don't care about their customers or future business!
