I rented a car from enterprise because my car was being repaired and the associate failed to explain the extra coverage I unknowingly purchased for $250.00....Which was also an option,however that was not explain to me.Now I will take that money as a loss.
Being a first time customer,my experience was extremely disappointing,I will never do business with Enterprise again. And I will encourage others to do the same.

Same happened here. Auto accident (not our fault) led us to rent a vehicle from Enterprise. When asked about insurance coverage,we were told the "at fault parties" insurance would pay us back for this. $627 later, the insurance company will not pay and Enterprise told us that is a lot of money for them to return...as if its not alot of money to us, the consumer!!!!! Scam artists!
