Microsoft unhappy - Microsoft Windows Xp

i got a virus in my computer and called microsoft technical support located in india. after 6 tech's including 2 managers they left me with a computer that is a mess. they do not know what they are doing. one tech a female circle talked me and finally admitted she didn't know how to fix the problem. therefore i am left with a disfunctional computer. i need someone to correct the problem. i can't afford a new computer and this one is great if it could work right again. thank you.
