Micro Wave Super Steamer Food Warmer - microwave

I am looking to introduce an idea - to complement the microwave oven.
People still have certain reservations about using microwave ovens because of radiation. The waves penetrate the food directly and it is believed(unsubstantiated)that all kinds of molecular changes (toxins)could take place in the food causing it to be unfit for consumption.
What I am proposing is the introduction of a "microwave super steam warmer". This appliance would use microwave to heat water which would be converted to steam and fed to the warming chamber. The amount of water to be vaporized at a time, could be regulated with a device. In addition, the steam compartment could be built in such a way which would allow condense steam to be recycled.
This is just an idea. I know that your engineers could fine-tune and construct to perfection.
Thanks for your time.
