YOU PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE. GET THERE MONEY AND KICK THEM OUT THE DOOR. I PAYED MY BILL TODAY AND IT TOOK 7 HRS TO GET MY PHONE BACK ON...WHAT A CROCK.YOU CANT EVEN GET THROUGH TO A PERSON..I GET THAT I SHOULD HAVE PAYED BEFORE IT WAS SHUT OFF BUT, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET ON IN LESS THAN 7 HRS..

i live in florida my phone was shut off I paid my bill at the local dealer using cash servive was back on in 20 minutes. I will say this customer service not the best buy everything else is great and im saving over $1,000+ dollars a year The saving makes me happy at the end
