HORRIBLE!! I just bought a house, and called DTV for pricing. I was told to sign up for some "special pricing" for that weekend... which was an entire month before we were to move in. But I signed up anyways bc of the price. I ordered an HD DVR and 2 HD receivers... Tech came out and I made sure they were the HD receivers, he said yes. ONe month later I move in and they are NOT HD. I call and they do NOTHING for me but say I should have checked with the tech, and now I need to buy each box and they will credit my account.... HORRIBLE Customer Service. Garbage.I should not have to pay for their mistake!! I would cancel if it were not $400.00
