This is the worse company ever. I can see by their complaints on the BBB and on the Boards that this company is close to fraud as can be. I purchased a $700.00 coffee machine and it came damaged. After attempting to reach them three weeks to obtain return instructions, I finally received an email asking me for pictures of the damage, etc. There was no physical damage, the coffee came out warm, not hot. Finally, I received shipping instructions and then when it arrived to the destination, they claimed it arrived damaged and that not only will I be charged a restocking fee but also a repair fee. To get rid of this whole situation, I agreed to it. Well, guess what? No refund. I have been emailing them daily so I can have a written record. You can't even speak to someone to discuss the refund. Stay clear from this company!! You will be ripped off!!
