mediamax thelinkup Complaint

I opened a paid account on Mediamax just before it became Thelinkup.
I paid $50 and got an account with 200 GB storage (or so, can't remember precisely) with some traffic limitations. It's OK for me, I need much space and I do not much care about the traffic.
Transfer to Thelinkup changed the conditions so that I got 25 GB and unlimited traffic. But 25 GB is much less than I need while I do not much care about unlimited traffic.
This turned the things so that I paid for a useless for me thing.

Moreover, my files uploaded to Mediamax simply disappeared with the migration although (fortunately) I uploaded not more than 2-3 GB. But among those lost files there were valuable for me ones.

I consider $50 I paid to be simply stolen. I also lost some data because of that "service" - this is much more serious lost. I also lost the time I spent on uploading the data and writing to their support.
