Every single one of my files is missing after being a paying customer for 6 years. Users weren't notified about the move, weren't given a chance to backup their files and there's still no documentation for this crappy new service. Take your money elsewhere immediately.

I do confirm after several months of expecting some improvements, I have cancelled my account. The last straw has been when they announced the migration to Thelinkup.com: a nightmare! Shame because it was not too expensive for the ratio space disk / price
