Mcdondalds Milford Mi is awful - food

This particular store is bad to the core. They constantly get the orders wrong, and worse will even result to vocally harassing/attacking customers.

After receving 5 incorrect orders (southwest salad with no tacochips) I placed a complaint with corporate. Two weeks later I again recieve an incorrect order and when asking to get it right I was verbally attacked and yelled at by the cashier and another worker behind the counter. Amazed, I called corporate again and then the floor manager. The floor manager not only didn't apologize, but went ont to say he didn't see the problem and he didn't believe his staff would yell at me. (pretty much calling me a liar) then gruffly saying "well what do I need to do to make you happy, you want a free salad" .. Never offering an apology, insuiniating I was a liar and just wanted to get rid of me.

??????!!! I was shocked to say the least. His attitude was completly unacepatable and I could see this store is mimanaged to the core and out of control.

I am truly amazed that this is your experience with this location. I am a regular customer and have only had pleasant experiences. The staff has always proven to be helpful and courteous. I have received an incorrectly prepared item from there on occassion, but I didn't call customer service, I called the store. The store manager was very apologetic and replaced the item with no problem at all. I have witnessed how rude some customers can be to McDonald's employees after they make a mistake...it can be down right obnoxiuous. Did you treat those employees with courtesy and respect...or were you another irrate customer who expected that they would just endure however you talked to them? Just throwing that out there!
