McDonald's (McDonalds) Complaint

McDonald's need to step up the customer service - The fries are not even close to being as good as they used to be.

First of all, why is it that the large Sweet Tea is the only drink that normally is put in a foam cup. And when I ask for a Coke in the foam cup, why is that such a problem. I think that all the large cold drinks should be offered in the foam cup. Foam cups insulate well, that is why I want it. DUH!

I usually visit the McDonald's in Westover, WV and apparently their turn-over is just horrible. There are always new employees. One lady that worked there in the morings recently, was absolutely a wonderful employee and she should have been the manager. Her customer service skills were absolutely wonderful!!! But she no longer works in the mornings, in fact I think she no longer works there at all. And that is sad. It was nice knowing that she would be there to wait on us. Anyway, no employee at this McDonald's has ever measured up to her great customer service skills. I have been there many times and gotten the wrong order or Coke that did not have the syrup in it. Usually the bathrooms are clean at this McDonald's though. That is a big plus. However, most of the employees need training in how to be polite or at least friendly. Most employees never say thank you at all. That is basic customer service and this McDonald's is lacking it!
