Today I googled "McDonald's customer Service" and came to this website. After reading dozens of complaints, I realized one thing - it's not McDonald's Fault - it's our own fault. The majority of the complaints start out along the lines of "I continue to visit the McDonald's located in XYZ city on XYZ Road." . . . hold on - stop the truck and wait a minute. If you continue to receive terrible service from the same location over and over, why are you returning and giving them your money? We all need to learn to insist on better service and food or for our money back (so many people blow it off and say "eh, it's just $3.00, but in this economy $3.00 is very important!). We can either insist on our money back, or continue to expect cheap food with cheap service. OR we could always just choose to take our business elsewhere - it's not like McDonald's is the only fast food out there. Let's get with the program as consumers and stop accepting this. Take our money elsewhere and I'm sure they'd get the hint.
