McDonalds customer service No refills on any Tea drinks

I eat at McDonalds twice a week, on April 22, I stop at McDonalds on 1443 E, 87St.I ask for a refill of sweet tea, i told there were no refills on tea drinks.I would like to know why.Every other Mcdonalds i have been to have refills on tea.If this is true I will take by business some where.Also tell people about you no refill policy.
