McDonald's Consumer Review - strawberry shake

when ordering their triple thick shake i was disappointed to get the opposite! It was a waste of money. Also why don't they offer whip cream on them? It really does not matter because the whip cream is really nasty. I am not asking for much except maybe for the same quality of Jack in the Box shakes!
