I don't know if the Mattress Mall in Boynton Fl, is the same as the one in Sunrise. I have a similar problem with this store they sell one mattress to my parents and the one they got was not the same. They have delivered 3 times different mattresses than what they asked for. When we went to ask what was going on they always said it was a mistake. Today I went to the store and they told me that everything they have is a closeout (which for them it means they could send you what they have in the showroom and they are showing) but what I discovered too is that the mattresses that they have are also used. I am also trying to do somthing agains this company. Very disgusting!!!
