Terrible product quality and service
from TVAddicts.com Fox Island, Wa.
My experience with TVAddicts.com has been terrible! I oorder the Third Watch TV Series DVD's...18 DVD's for $152.00. After 3 weeks of now receiving the product I called their toll free number and just got a recording...never a real person. klThe tracking number I received showed that the package was at some post office in Quebec Canada. It appeared to sit there for almost two weeks. Well finally the package arrived! The DVD's were so damaged it was incredible...but something was wrong...damn...this Third Watch DVD cover looks used...it's not wrapped in plastic...there is no packing slip, no address as to where this company is at all, and the DVD's are scratched, have fingerprints on them and are copied re-writable DVD's that I could have bought at any store...the quality was equally as bad...terrible sound, picture was fuzzy and the commercials were included...what a deal!! I just got screwed!! Another shocker...the company e-mailed me back after I complained and stated they were sending replacement DVD's...yeah right! I have yet to get any satisfaction nor have I got my money reimbursed like I asked after numerous e-mails...they have not contacted me at all. I only wish I lived in Canada so I could get my hands on these scam artists! I hope I find some justice in all this...but unfortunately I think this is just another expensive lesson in life!
