I have been a customer of Chase Bank for over 7 years. I have several large accounts with them. Recently I tried to dispute a $14.95 charge. They sent me in circles and essentially left me to manage a merchant whom I cannot get in touch with yet do not recognize. I was passed on to their "leads" who are nothing more than a kid with a driver's license to get to work. They have no clue about service, hence as a matter of principle I am moving all my accounts to Wells Fargo. They need to hire real customer service employees or train them to know what is at stake for the bank. One bad comment leads to many more and so on.
