Magic jack is a waste of your time and money

I bought 2 of these things and they work only part of the time, I have spent hours chatting with their so called techs with little success, guess the old saying applies here, you get what you pay for.

The problems you talking about is not Magic Jack's fault.Instead I can see you have a problem with your internet provider or even your telephone device or your computer it self.
