Please be careful when you buy magic jack make sure you get their address and phone no when you order the product. I order magic jack to make international call but it did not work and I want to return it and Guess What? there is no phone or address on their website no contact no or email. But they have their money.My suggestion do not buy it.

Hi there- If you had read the info on the website, it CLEARLY states MagicJack works only in USA & Canada. You can make call to the U.S FROM overseas, but not TO overseas. Had you read the website info completely, you'd have seen that, it is clearly posted all over the place.

My majicjack never worked properly and I tried to contact the customer care through the chat session they made me wait for 25 mins each time after i reported my problem. They took my num and havent even called back. Worst customer service and a bad product. I suggest not to buy...

You cant make international calls with magic Jack... They don't advertise that. You must have misunderstood. You can take it to another country and call usa for free. That's what they mean by international calling.

I thought I was getting a free trial for 30 day. Yet I immediately was charges 46.90. I will try to get it refunded or will declare it a fraud on my credit card. I will also notify my local better business bureau and the NH State Attorney Generals fooice if this turns out to be fruad.

We have magicjack and it quit working and we were able to send it back no problem, when they sent our replacement they gave us a return label to send our old one back to with the address and everything on it. Here is their address:
