Magic Jack is a total rip off not to mention it does not work well. I have spent over 7 hours in less than 3 days with on line chat support team they have and then just in a little while later...more problems. For $20/year and countless hours of my time.....I would rather add another cell phone to my Verizon plan or get digital phone for an extra 20/month. This is a serious Rip OFF for magicJack OFF
