Magic Jack Sucks - Magic Jack Complaints

I can't use this product at all-wont make long distance calls at all and with local calls I can hear the person I am calling but they can't hear me-Don't buy one!!! Got nothing but the run around from theit tech support who admitted the problem was totally on their end but could not tell me what the problem was or when it would be fixed. They kept telling me to rest assured the problem would be fixed but did'nt know when-It never was- I talked to three different tech support people and am very frustrated-Am currently working on a refund-which is going nowhere!!!
