I ordered a subscription back in July and more than 3 months later, NO publication has been rec'd. When I phone them, their recording says (after a substantial wait on hold) "they are busy and please call back!" then you're disconnected.

DO NOT do business with them. Place your order directly with the publisher to avoid this hassle! Their prices are higher and have extremely unreliable service.
