Don't buy this product!!! It came to me with extra items that I didn't order and my credit card was charged $45.85. I called the company to dispute but they told me that it would be a 65 minute wait. I emailed to ask them if that's how they made their money...false advertisement. When I called my credit card company, I learned that there was another charge from this same company for $40+ for an Acai product that I ordered but never received. My credit card company said that they had been getting many complaints about this company.

Also, the address you posted is the same address I have for this company but, complaints on complaintsboard.com have listed an Arizona address. What is going on?

I too fell for this. I thought I was ordering a $1 trial+ $4.95 shipping of a bottle of colopure, a colon cleanse product this company offers. I find a charge of $38.95 and $29.95 from www.fit-fac.com and their $5.95 shipping on my credit card. I open my package of this item past 30 days after my order. NOW, i find I am automatically enrolled in there program and I have a 14-day trial with 30 days period to return unopened products. I'm going crazy. I waited 39 minutes on the phone until I spoke with someone. And they weren't any help. She made it sound like if I read the terms, I wouldn't be in this mess. What is fit-fac.com. Idk why I was enrolled in that company? Some reason that is in their terms as well.

I also have placed an order with this same company and have had the same results. Long hold times, hanging up in my face, no product delivered as yet. Billed in advance $44.85. This companty is a RIP OFF! Iwas told over a week agao the product had shipped. Today I was told it was on back order nad I would be charged a %15 restocking fee. I plan on getting my money back as well. We cannot give up!
