Macy's never shop there again - eileen fisher

hatever happened to customer service.
I had a horrible experiance last monday(6/1/09). I was returning eileen fisher top, and the sales person was acting as if I wore the top. Then the other person got involved( Michelle at pleasanton store) and looking at me and the label. I was so upset and left the store. I will shop at Walnut Creek store not the Pleasanton.
