Maaco in Saddle Brook New Jersey has horrible service. We dropped off a van to be painted on Saturday 14th July and the Gentleman Walter stated it would be ready on Saturday 21st July, to our surprise on Wednesday 25th July we called to see what time we should pick up the van and the gentleman Walter said it was not ready, and also stated he is not sure when it would be ready. After I explained that the van was supposed to be ready on Saturday 21st July and today is Wednesday 25th July; his answer was there is “NOTHING HE COULD DO”. They did not even give us a call to inform us that the van was not ready. And as of Wednesday they did not even start working on the van. UNDELIEVEABLE...
I am sorry if this is what MAACO stands for then I will take my business elsewhere and NEVER recommend them to anyone.
This is very poor service.
DO NOT USE MAACO IN SADDLE BROOK NEW JERSEY
