If you have ever gone to an event at Madison Square Garden in new York it has no doubt occurred to you that something is wrong with the picture wen you try to get a snack.

It's not just the prices which are outrageous even by New York standards.

It is the poor customer service at the concession. The lines are long., the service inept and the quality less then acceptable.

Come on Dolan, put some thought into this. A little extra help behind the counter makes everything move faster so people dont end up missing half a game on line.
