MPC computers

I sent my computer to MPC per their request to fix it over 2 months ago. I didn't hear from anybody and I can't get hold of anybody from MPC. I just don't know what to do. Gateway told me that they can't get hold of them either and that they are not responsible for what MPC is doing. I sent email after email, I kept calling no answer...
Any suggestion what to do next? can I sue them to get my computer back or at least get the financial value of my computer?
