I am being charged $9.95 every month for megabytes. I have stopped all web capabilites and still get this on my bill every month. No one seems to know how this could happen. I have sent way to much time trying to get this stopped. I am going to take another day off from work to go to Verizon and discontinue the service on that phone. This seems to be the only way to get it stopped. They, too. try to nickle and dime the customer to death. Stick a fork in me--I'm done!
