We joined the vacation club in Sept. and then book an expressway week for Oct. We had no trouble getting the week we wanted, though the selection was not huge. We went to a resort in Miami. I was very you ended up getting an ocean view, with a balcony, which was great. But the hotel was not very clean our TV didn't work, the safe didn't work and we couldn't turn the shower on. Everything was eventually corrected. But the convenience and closeness of the pool, ocean and beach was right out the door of the hotel. When we returned I spoke with Global vacations about my concerns with this resort. They reimbursed my stars we used for this resort.
At this point I am satisfied with the services.
