Lousy service - Guaranteed Delivery

I ordered a product and paid for overnight delivery from Amazon. I am sitting 48 hours later and killing time waiting for UPS to arrive. the tracking service gives no hint of when they will arrive or if they will arrive today. the product was in the local delivery location 5AM this morning. you would think that since it was a day late it would be delivered first thing in the morning. No number to call, no way to complain and the attitude if i go to their warehouse is that they do not care the least.
