Two year ago I purchased an item for $26 and put it on my Lory & Taylor card. I had moved and changed my address with them but they enter my zip wrong so had the wrong address. I remember a few months later and went to the store to tell them I never received a bill and once again notified them of my address change. Now I have a credit agency trying to collect $181 from me and I never received a bill from Lord but the credit agency found me, my phone number and cell number. Lord & Taylor say they can't do anything for me because the post office never returned my bill to them but why would they they had be living in an entirely different town and now change of address was ever submitted for this location. The mailman just delivered it to the address on the envelope which was not mine. I have been trying to resolve this for more than a month now. Can anyone help me. I have made numerous and long calls and wrote letters but the buttom line is they want $181 next week it will be even more.
