I bought 2 listen up devices for my husband and I since we both watch TV late on different nights. Both did nothing to enhance the sound of the TV but boy did it amplify the snoring of my husband. Neither one of us needs hearing aids we have great hearing, we just wanted to be kind to one another. I called the company I bought it from, a mail order catalog and told them to remove this piece of garbage. They are refunding us for the defective devices. But you should be ashamed of yourselves for false advertising.

My complaints shall not stop here, the next step AARP and then on to any consumer complaint company that will take on our case. A class action suit mught be called for. I have contacted an attorney for just that purpose.
