I work for an brand new apartment community and the owners of the community decided to sign a contract wtih directpath so they had exclusive rights to all television here. Every person that moves in has complaints about their sevice. They dont have the correct modem for telephone, internet, or they will give you a temp box for your tv and they will attempt to charge you to replace their temporary box. Today I had a person complaining because their website says that if you have basic television that they will bill your apartment community the cost of your basic tv. We never agreed to this and now my residents are becoming irate.
