Gems TV customer service very frustrating and resizing offer misleading.

"Your ring will be resized and returned to you within 10 business day"

I think you can tell what my complaint is about. It's been more then 10 business days and I still have no ring.

I noticed my credit card had not been charged so I called to check the progress, it was a week since they received the ring. (I have delivery confirmation).

They could not find the ring and I was told somebody would call me back in 1-2 days!!

That call never came so I called back again. Good news, they had the ring and logged it into the system.

The bad news, they don't start counting business days until THEY'VE put it into their computer. So your ring may be sitting there for a week or more before getting logged in.

I was told it would ship later in the week. That would make it 15 business days or more.

The supervisor told me they get "bags or rings in every day" "500 rings a day"
blah blah blah. Only excuses.

Basically, from what the supervisor told me, there is No Way Anybody is getting a ring resized and returned with in 10 business days. They simply can't handle to volume.

My complaint about Gems TV, they are selling an add-on service they can't deliver on and didn't seem to care about it.

I'm told I'll have my ring by the end of the week. Too late!!

Come on Gems TV, you worked hard to get me as a customer, you should work harder to keep me!

I wish this site included the dates that we post our reviews so that we can better track these companies regression or progression... Today is Sept 19, 2009 & I have so far returned 1 ring 4 resizing. It took exactly 10 days, so far so good... I will keep ya posted. Ki Love

Ihave had 8 rings re-sized by GemsTV and each one was returned within 10 day period.
