This company will spend more time using mid-management layers of fat, looking for reasons not to pay claims, then they will providing "care". As a provider for BCBS, I can assuredly write that I have had to threaten stranding BCBS members at hospitals unless I received basic responses to unpaid claims dating back over a year, from these cubicle whales. I can't wait until their jobs are threatened as a result of corporate greed.

They continuously violated the terms of the provider agreement, threatening to slice their service, was the only way to collect.
The more you deal with these crooks the more of your time they will waste.

I have also had the esteemed honor of witnessing the CEO of BCBS trying to act casual amongst a group of people in public, he is socially inept, in my opinion it's the result of hundreds of thousands of tortured souls haunting his dreams.

Lastly, if you ever meet anyone that works for BCBS, ask them about their overall happiness. The answer is the same almost always. THEY HATE THEIR JOBS!
