Lazy Wal-Mart Employees

Right now Wal-mart is doing the re-set or the new modulars for the toy departments. The cocoa walmart in florida has had the modular done now for 3 days. The entire toy department has more empty pegs than anything else yet the manager comes over after I requested to talk to him and tells me that they have 14 pallets of toys in the back of the store they are working out yet no one was working the toy department, I had to go to customer service to get help. For 3 days I have been going in and getting the same story yet the pegs are all still empty. I told the manager that I was interested in a specific item so he used the scanner inventory gun and saw there was 20 of this item in the store, yet 3 empty pegs. All of the items were in the back of the store where no one can buy them...for 3 days now. This has been going on for 3 days and I totally expect tomorrow when I go in to get the same response. These people are lazy and do not care that they have an empty toy department and have customers wondering why you would keep all the new stuff in the back and keep empty toy isles in the store. This manager had absolutely a bad attitude, had absolutely no product knowledge and just told me I would have to come back or call to see if there was stock put out. I could do his job sleeping. This is average walmart employee attitude, knowledge of store activities, product knowledge, customer service, and store pride.

I went into wallmart cocoa at around 10:00 2/29/09 I had around 50 Items, there were no normal registers open, only 2 20 Items or less open. people standing in line for atleast 20 minutes or more! I had to self check out over fifty Items with that stupid Invention! the self check out! that wallmart Is the worst store ever! I'm telling every body I know! the manager needs to be fired! places like that? Is what is wrong with this country!
