Richard I purchased an electric lawn mower had trouble with the plug took it to Norwood repair told them about the plug and it was making a funny noise.They called me in two days and said it had a broken case on the bottom. fixed took it home some time went bye.Same thing plug smoking bottom case broken back to Norwood Fixed again this summer same thing plug and bottom case.this time I was told not covered we will give you twenty dollars so you can buy a new 300.00 Lawnmower and a new warranty that you won't honor.When I called some one else they said and did send Me 75.00 on a gift
