Lately we are so used to poor customer service that when we receive excellent service it is wonderful..In this case Dicks Sporting Goods store in Manchester,CT deserves a top rating.The customer service I experienced was beyond excellent.I purchased a table tennis table for my son.We picked it up at the store in a borrowed truck.It was large and was quite heavy.When we brought it home and started to put it together we noticed that one of the legs was not screwed correctly into the the fiber board table.It was a factory error,which could not be fixed.We went back to the store.Well every manager that we spoke with was extremely understanding and helpful.They made arrangements for a new one to be delivered and set up with the old one being removed.Everything went smoothly and without a hassle.I will recommend this store to everyone and will continue to be a very satisfied customer.
