I had to get warranty service on my laptop. Twice, unfortunately. Great thing is, they gave me no hassle, and treated me like a human. They overnighted a shipping box with an overnight return label. Then they fixed my issue in one day, and overnighted it back. I had it in less than a week, including the weekend. Superb service, kudos HP.
