When purchasing a laptop, please consider how the company stands behind its product and the level of professionalism of their Customer Service staff. In my expereince, Toshiba America has not stood behind a defective laptop, which has required two new motherboards and needed repaired four times during the first year of ownership. Their customer service staff is not respectful or willing to work with a customer in recognizing this "lemon" product.
