I HAD A PROBLEM WITH TWO KODAK PRINTERS AND RETURNED THEM BOTH VIA YPS. NOW THEY SAID THEY DID'NT RECEIVE THE SECOND ONE. UPS CANT TRACK IT BECAUSE ON RETURN PICK UPS WHICH THEY USE THE RETURN UPS SHIPPING INVOICE OF, THEY HAVE NO WAY OF TELLING WHETHER IT WAS PICKED UP. give me the shipping and return numbers on both printers
